Firstly, Thank you for being here. I am so pleased.
The offerings I have been and continue to share over the last 10 years are not only drawn from what I have studied, but also from the tapestry of my own life experiences.
Today, I share what I do because I have walked through the pain of loss, the grief of losing a parent, and the personal journey of healing from health challenges.
I’ve faced moments that changed me to the core.
I had someone to hold my hand through it all.
Now, I am here to hold yours.
Pathways through grief.
We all experience Grief in our lives this is a shared experience we all face at some point in our lives and together we are all experiencing so much collective grief.
When we allow ourselves to tend to it to truly feel it , to be held in tending to our grief something beautiful begins to stir. Not just pain. Not just sorrow. But love. Hope. Transformation.
Maybe that hollow space inside you...Maybe it’s not emptiness.Maybe it’s the gateway to deeper connection.
Grief does not need to be the end of your story.
I have created a Grief Ritual Guidebook.
A gentle companion to help you move through sorrow with rituals, breath, and somatic practices.
Inside you’ll find guided practices, journal reflections, and small rituals to support you.
Grief is love that has nowhere to go.
Over time, I’ve learned that ritual can give that love a home again a way to honour what’s been lost and keep the heart open.
Whether you’re holding your own grief or walking beside someone else’s, this guidebook offers gentle ways to reconnect with presence, honour memory, and invite tenderness back into your days.
My Why
Firstly thank you for being here. Since the age of 21 I was faced with a variety of different forms of grief .
Loss of Health and the Passing of my dear father.
Through Rituals, practices, somatic informed therapies, restorative yoga, pranayama practices, and the wisdom of yoga philosophy and texts, I found the support I needed to tender to my own grieve physically and emotionally.
Now I share what helped me during those times with you.
My Dad walks with me everyday as I share from my heart to yours.
A note of gratitude
