You are warmly invited to a week of sacred rest and remembrance in Crete, Greece.
Mornings begin in stillness with gentle yoga, breathwork, and mantra, grounding you in presence and opening the heart. Afternoons unfold in circle and ceremony, exploring mantra, meditation, sacred sound, and ritual through chanting, reflection, and deep listening.
Each day offers space to tend to what is tender, rest deeply, and be held by the beauty of the land and sea. This retreat is for anyone longing to reconnect with trust, compassion, and truth—remembering that the heart itself is the way.

Arrival date on the 9th of August & Leave afternoon/ evening on the 16th. -
Our retreat is located in the charming village of Kavos Melissa, Agios Pavlos, near Rethymno in Crete, Greece.
It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting.
The closest airports are Heraklion and Chania, making travel easy and convenient for visitors coming from anywhere.

Daily theme from yoga philosophy:
Morning: gentle Hatha / Vinyasa yoga, Pranayama, mantra.
Brunch : Vegetarian Greek Buffet Breakfast
Free time to swim, rest, or explore
Afternoon: Yin/ Restorative yoga mantra, meditation, Kirtan, reflection.
Dinner : Vegetarian Greek buffet Dinner -
