What to Expect
This special two-hour session is a journey in two parts:
The first 90 minutes will gently guide you through nourishing yin yoga and deep yoga nidra, all beautifully accompanied by live harp music, played intuitively by Tracy to support every breath and posture.
In the final 30 minutes, you’ll be invited into a heart-opening space of live harmonium and group chanting, creating a sense of connection, joy, and upliftment as dusk falls in the valley.
This experience is open to all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis. As both an experienced yoga teacher and therapist, Kelly will guide you with care and compassion, offering opportunities for reflection and options and support throughout.
Expect to leave feeling rested, rebalanced, uplifted and connected.
