My Journey

The offerings I share are not only drawn from what I have studied, but also from the tapestry of my own life experiences.

Today, I share what I do because I have walked through the pain of loss, the grief of losing a parent, and the personal journey of healing from health challenges.

I’ve faced moments that changed me.

I longed for someone to hold my hand through it all.

Now, I am here to hold yours.

So why do I support individuals like you ?

After feeling the depths of personal grief of losing my health I became faced with the devastating loss of my dad which made me feel the depths of grief even deeper. My father and I were so close. He was and still today is such a big inspiration to me in my life.

Losing my father at a young age has been one of the most challenging parts of my journey. Through restorative yoga, pranayama practices, and the wisdom of yoga philosophy and texts, I found the support I needed to tender to my grieve physically and emotionally.

The practices I share are here to guide you in learning how to love, care for, nurture yourself and tend to your grieve, especially as you walk your own path.

Today, I reflect on the amounts of grief I went through in my 20’s with health, loss , heartbreak.

I’m grateful for all I’ve overcome, and I know I was born with a purpose to help support others.

My Dear Dad , Chris , he walks with me as I share the heart opening and supportive grief tending practices with you.

I started my research into wellbeing 15 years ago . I first studied Anatomy and sports science at university when I did my teaching degree ( Ba Hon’s)

Before diving deeper into this work I I was a personal trainer with a strong interest on anatomy and nutrition, I have also been a Dance Teacher for 10 years with a strong understanding of the physical body.

Today all my titles of personal trainer, dancer teacher, nutritionist, yoga teacher, yoga therapist , massage therapist all combine together to give a rich understanding of the physical , spiritual and mental body.

Making what I share today a really rich experience from so many angles of wellness.

I Today predominately hold the titles of a yoga therapist, kirtan leader, massage therapist and yoga teacher.

My qualifications as a teacher and student over the last 10 years include over 900 hours of yoga studies.

Below are the links to where I have various hours of training over the last 10 years.
