Jules & Kelly
Jules and Kelly first met in the beautiful one Bhakti in Sri Lanka in 2025. It didn't take long for us to realise we shared the same vision to create spaces where people could reconnect with themselves through heartfelt practice, community, and authentic teaching.
With our complementary backgrounds in Yin Yoga and Bhakti, we knew our teachings were meant to come together. By weaving the stillness and therapeutic depth of Yin with the uplifting, heart-opening practices of Bhakti, we offer a unique and balanced experience that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.
Together, we are honoured to share these trainings with you and to create a supportive space for learning, connection, and transformation.
Kelly Jarvis
Yoga Therapist/ Grief Tending facilitator / Yoga Teacher
Over the past ten years, Kelly Jarvis has completed more than 900 hours of professional training and continues to deepen her studies as both a teacher and a lifelong student.
Kelly's professional training includes a 900 Hours Yoga Teacher Training. Kellys first training started with 200 hours in London at the school of Yoga Parampara. Kelly then went on to do her 500 hours Yoga Therapy training with The Minded Institute in London, CPD trainings in Restorative Yoga training with Yoga Campus, Yin yoga and Bhakti Yoga training. Kelly has also studied Grief Tending with Niki Harré through The Art of Grief Tending and has been supported through one-to-one mentoring with Laura Main, Self Space Drama Therapist, and Helen Moss, Grief Counsellor.
Alongside her formal training, Kelly has been deeply influenced through Bhakti Yoga and her teachers on this path. Kelly has done a Bhakti kirtan course with Ellen Arthur and has had mentorship and teachings from teachers Gratia Churchill, Sasha, Claire Missingham, and Ellen Arthur, whose wisdom and guidance continue to inspire her personal practice and teaching.
Everything Kelly shares is rooted in both professional training and lived experience. Her intention is to create a nurturing space where you feel supported, seen, and gently guided back to yourself.
Kelly looks forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
Jules
Yoga teacher / Teacher Trainer /Eternal Student
Jules has spent over a decade immersed in the study and practice of yoga, training extensively with respected teachers from around the world. Based on the southern coast of Sri Lanka, Jules is a registered senior yoga teacher and co-owner of One Bhakti School of Yoga and Ayurveda, where she shares the transformative wisdom of deep postural understanding with a passion for Ayurveda and Vedic studies.
Jules has developed a rich and diverse teaching approach rooted in both ancient wisdom and lived experience. She has assisted international retreats and teacher trainings in Australia and Costa Rica, leading retreats, immersions, and accredited teacher trainings since 2016.
The wisdom of her teachers continues to be woven through her life and teachings, shaping a practice grounded in authenticity, devotion, and lifelong learning. Her intention is simple: to support others in cultivating a deeper relationship with themselves, living with greater presence, compassion, and authenticity. To have a tangible relationship with living yoga, rather than seeing it as an isolated practice.
Jules has been guided under many local and international teachers, namely under the tutelage of global Prana Flow Teacher Shiva Rea. Assisting Shiva in international retreats and teacher trainings in Australia and Costa Rica. Further leading to her own retreats, immersions, teacher training in Bali, Sri Lanka and Australia.
Her teachings consist of mantras, mudras, pranayama, asana, tantric meditation and Indic mythology, expanding into an embodied yogic journey. She encourages growth and interconnection of the physical and spiritual self within students, and seeks to help others thrive by nurturing their own body and soul wisdom through yoga. Jules’ hopes her students will step off their mat and into everyday life with that same nourishment and compassion to life.
