The Teaching

I have been teaching dance for over 10 years and yoga for the past 8 years. My journey into the study of wellbeing began 13 years ago, when I first explored anatomy and sports science during my BA (Hons) teaching degree.

Before deepening my work in yoga and therapy, I worked as a personal trainer with a strong focus on anatomy and nutrition. Alongside this, I have spent a decade as a dance teacher, developing a profound understanding of the physical body and movement.

Today, all of my roles — personal trainer, dance teacher, nutritionist, yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and grief tending therapist — come together to create a holistic and integrated understanding of the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing.

This combination of disciplines allows me to offer a deeply rich and layered experience, drawing from many perspectives on health and wellness.

At present, I primarily teach through a therapeutic lens, following four years of study and practice in yoga therapy.
