Whether you’ve lost a loved one, ended a relationship, or faced a significant life change, I am here to support you. Together, we explore a compassionate, holistic path that honors both your heart and your body, helping you navigate this complex journey at your own pace.

A space to tend to your own Grief .

All sessions will include a variety of therapeutic somatic practices,  ritual practices , grief tending offerings. 

Therapeutic resources & rituals. 

All sessions are online. You can be supported and be in the comfort of your own home.

The journey starts here. The Grief tending package includes Six one to one sessions ( 60 minutes)

You will recieve Grief tending practices, rituals , somtatic practices specific to you and your needs. This will be a space for you to be held , witnessed and supported in your Grief.

Introduction session ( 75 minutes) - Within this session we will get to know each other.

This session will be to ensure safety for both you as the client and me as a Somatic therapist and grief tending facilitator , to ensure we are the right fit for each other in this work and for us to move forward into the eight week journey into grief tending.

Sessions :One - Six - a bespoke selection of / Philosophy / Mantra / Movement / Meditations/ Rituals / Grief tending practices / Poems / Therapeutic tools.

How can the grief tending sessions support you?

As grief stirs the emotional landscape, it also signals the body to react and adapt.

Fatigue, headaches, muscular pain, digestive imbalances, and a compromised immune system are not just symptoms they are the body’s way of echoing our grief.

Pathways Through Grief is a six session, one-to-one therapeutic offering that tends to the full spectrum of your grief experience. The emotional, physical, and nervous system…

Through gentle somatic practices and nervous system support, these sessions help regulate and restore the body while also creating space to process the emotional turbulence of grief. We don’t just speak about loss . we listen to how it lives in the body and offer it care.

In the sessions together, we will:

Explore how grief is manifesting in both your body and emotions

Use somatic tools to support your nervous system and immune function

Gently work with any physical symptoms like exhaustion, tension, migraines , stiffness , overwhelm, panic and / or digestive issues .

Create space for the emotional layers of grief to be witnessed and supported
